  • horses sleep only three hours a day
  • the smallest horse is 37.5 cm high, and the biggest 219 cm
  • wild horses eat grass 12-16 hours a day
  • the highest jump on horse is 2.47 m
  • St. Hubert is the patron of hunters and horse riders. On the 3rd of November we celebrate his festival , during which there is a fox hunt. However, it isn’t a real fox hunt but a ride to catch a fox tail that is tied to the rider’s arm. It is great fun!
