National Education Day
The 14th of October is called “National Education Day”. This day is the anniversary of the creation of the National Education Committee established at the initiative of the Polish King Stanislaw August Poniatowski.
It was passed by the Sejm Rozbiorowy (Partition Parliament) on the 14th of October 1773. This day is also called “Teacher’s Day” and is celebrated for everyone who works at a school and it’s a day free from classes. In some schools, are celebrations organized. I and my friends wish teachers and every school worker: patience, kindness and love for their pupils.
My dream
I was on holiday in the beautiful city of Paris. I have always wanted to go to France. One day, when I was walking with my dog along a path, I saw a ship. On this ship there was a fat, bald man lying down. His head was lying on a pillow but the pillow wasn’t stuffed with feathers, instead it was filled with stones. In the man’s hand was a remote control. I don’t know where but I have seen this man somewhere before. I remember that his surname was Kowalski and his nickname was “Kowi” and I was supposedly his niece. He was single. He started coming towards me and I was so scared. I started to run and then… I woke up.
It turned out that it was just a dream. Fortunately!
