Halloween is a night when all monsters, spectres, ghouls, ghosts, phantoms and murderers come alive again to scare and terrify people. In the USA and Great Britain, children dress up as monsters not only to terrify neighbours, but also for fun and candies.

Children knock on the doors and ask ’’Trick or treat”, which means in Polish "Psikus albo Cukierek”. Unfortunately, this holiday lasts only one day and the power of its magic ends at midnight.

The worst ghost is, of course, the Headless Horseman!!! The Headless Horseman killed 51 men and was a solider in the battle for Chatterton Hill, where he was beheaded by an American cannonball. He was buried in a graveyard outside a church. Thereafter, he appears as a ghost and has become the head ghost. It is funny because he is headless!
