The film belongs to the genre known as criminal comedy. Directed by Steven Soderbergh with music composed by David Holmes, the movie gathers a lot of popular actors such as Georg Clooney, Brad Pit, Matt Damon, Al Pacino and Andy Garcia.

The plot is quite complicated. It tells about 13 friends who want to help their friend Ruben Tishkoff who has a business problem with Willy Bank. Ruben and Willy built a hotel with a casino called The Midas located in Las Vegas. But Willy wants to take over all the shares in this hotel. One evening he meets Ruben and orders him: “You must give me your half of the business or I will kill you!” Ruben does it, but as a result suffers a heart attack. His friends want to help him. They have a great plan and the right people to do this. The moral of the film is: Don’t do to your business partner anything you might later regret…
